Our Process

  1. Discovery & brief — we align on goals, audience, and style direction.
  2. Concept & script/storyboard — we outline the structure before any animation begins.
  3. Style development — we produce sample frame(s) for your approval before moving into full production.
  4. Production — full animation, 3D, or VFX work begins on the approved direction.
  5. Revisions — you review and we refine.
  6. Final delivery — exported in the formats you need.

We don’t move to the next stage until you’ve signed off on the current one, so there are no surprises in the final delivery.

Timelines depend on scope, but as a general guide: a 30–60 second brand or logo animation typically takes 2–4 weeks from approved script to final delivery. Broadcast packages, explainer videos, and 3D/CGI projects usually run 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. We’ll confirm a firm timeline once the brief is locked in.
Two rounds of revisions are included at each major stage (concept, style, and final cut). Additional revision rounds beyond that can be arranged at an agreed rate.
You’ll receive progress updates at each milestone, along with draft previews at every approval stage before we proceed to the next phase. For larger projects, we schedule weekly check-ins to keep things on track.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing depends on a few factors: the duration and complexity of the piece (2D vs 3D vs VFX vs broadcast graphics), the number of revision rounds, and the turnaround time required. After the discovery stage, we provide a fixed quote so you know the total cost before work begins.
We typically work on a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due on final delivery. For larger projects, payments can be split across agreed milestones (e.g. on brief approval, style approval, and final delivery).
Yes — we accept bank transfer, Wise, and PayPal for international clients.
Creative projects often evolve, and that’s fine. If the scope changes meaningfully from the original brief, we’ll discuss the impact on timeline and cost with you before continuing — you’ll never be billed for extra work without agreeing to it first.

Capabilities & Style

Our team works across 2D motion graphics, 3D/CGI, broadcast graphics and channel branding, VFX compositing, and AI-assisted animation pipelines. We can match an existing brand’s visual identity or develop a new style from scratch based on your references.
Yes. Most projects begin with a style development phase where we produce sample frames matching your brand colors, typography, and tone — so you can approve the direction before full production starts.
Yes. We can source and integrate licensed music and voiceover as part of the package, or work with audio you provide. Sound design and final audio mix can be added on request.

Deliverables & Rights

Final deliverables are provided in the format and resolution appropriate for your platform — for example, broadcast-ready ProRes/MOV files, web-optimized MP4 for social media, or transparent-background files for further compositing. Let us know your specs and we’ll match them.
Source/project files are not included by default, but can be provided for an additional fee by agreement. Final rendered deliverables are always included as standard.
Once final payment is received, full usage rights to the delivered animation transfer to you for the agreed purposes. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
